Eskan Teb Asia has a service organization with the goal to service all customers. We take responsibility for all kinds of after sales services (training, installation, warranty & 10 guaranty).

We are proud to state that within the last 5 years we have not charged any of our respected customers for after sales services and all of our services have been free of charge.

 

Technical Support & Services

Eskan Teb Asia will make sure that it’s customers always get fast advice and troubleshooting to our reagents.

Eskan Teb Asia’s technical support team will be pleased to assist you with the following:

For companies that we do not represent, we have facilities to accept their after sales services in Asia too, by making contract for installation, training, warranty, and 10-year after sales services.

Our prices could be a lot more cost efficient considering that your company will not have to use your very specialized doctors and engineers.

 

Training

    • We are responsible for sufficient training for all instruments, Moreover the customer can ask for extra training

    • We have training programs for “IHC” (immunochemistry) every month.
      We also arrange private training courses for customers who are starting “IHC” for the first time,

    • The customer can always ask for training courses on all products that we represent.

    • Besides training courses, the customer can always ask for brochures, catalogues, working procedures & literature.

    • All training courses are free of charge
